Gardens & Lake

The millpond is one of the most beautiful places on the estate, offering peace and tranquility and the chance to spot the fish in the undergrowth. It also double as a natural swimming pool in the summer months.






The gardens are an ongoing labour of love, designed by award winning garden designer Arthur Shackleton and a passion of the current owner. We enjoy gardening and also enjoy the fruits of our labours in the kitchen, oru polytunnel produces most of our fruit and vegetable during the summer season
