We are a small Georgian House & Mill Estate right in the heart of hidden Ireland. Located on the river Ghoul equidistant between Dublin, Cork and Limerick, just off the Dublin Cork M8 and approx 30 minutes by car from the unique Medieval city of Kilkenny and the County Town  of Portlaoise.
